About Us
D’Hondt Investments is a family-owned investment & consultancy firm rooted in entrepreneurship. After the successful sale of our operating businesses to a global private equity firm, we now focus on investing in private equity, venture capital, and select real estate and financial assets — always with a long-term mindset and a personal approach.
Family office
Our Company
D’Hondt Investments is the family office of a Belgian entrepreneurial family. After selling our operating businesses to a private equity group, we now reinvest with a long-term mindset.
Our focus lies on private equity and venture capital funds, complemented by direct investments and select real estate opportunities.
We believe in responsible entrepreneurship and aim to support partners who share our values and ambition. Independence, trust, and meaningful relationships guide everything we do.

No rigid mandates — we adapt to what the company or fund truly needs. -
Beyond Capital
We contribute experience, perspective, and network support. -
Selective & Intentional
We don’t chase volume — only quality and fit. -
Freedom to Decide
As a family office, we think independently and act without external pressure.
We don’t just invest in companies, we invest in people
Because long-term value is built through trust, shared vision, and real partnerships.
